Currently I'm open for Pixel art fullbodies, chibi icons, mini chibis, tall chibis, and skeb chibis.

Skeb chibis are also known as "surprise me" chibis. Basically there's a minimum ammount of money that the artist asks for, and the client can pay as much as they want starting from said set ammount.
This is for budgets that can't reach my normal commissions, but in exchange I get the liberty to draw the character in the style I wish for, and however I'd feel would fit the budget.

Please read the TOS of either the art comms or design comms depending on what you'd like.

My usual time frame is from 1 to 2 weeks, if there's a commission that would take more time it will be communicated.

For streamer license (only available for artwork): You can showcase the artwork in your streams, videos, social medias, etc. You can make slight edits to adjust colors or for special events (Eg: adding a halloween costume, or a christmas hat).For commercial use (available for artwork and designs): All of the above plus full edit permission, print permission (no limit in any way, shape or ammount) and credit can be ommited if desired.

Personal use, streamer and commercial license all require credit. Be it in a small text at the bottom of the screen for 1 second, tagging my profile in the post or adding me in your bio/description.If you wish to remain annonymous I can give your character credit with the prhase "commissioned by anon". If you wish for the final piece to be posted in a later date (eg to not spoil a merch drop or birthday gift) just let me know when it can be posted!If you wish to not credit me, or for the final piece to not be posted never, a fee of 250% will be added. This "no credit, no show" fee grants you the rights for the full piece, with no credits necesary and I will also NOT showcase this piece in my own profile, never. This also comes with commercial rights.

Artwork TOS

GENERAL
This TOS applies for commissions, by purchasing my artwork you automatically aprove these terms of service.
For any questions you'd have, please contact me directly.PAYMENTS
Payments have to be 100% paid before I start the artwork if the total price of the commission is $80 USD or below.Partial payments can be made in commissions starting from $81 USD. We can negotiate "steps" where payments will be expected (eg: One at the start, the rest when I finish the sketch)All payments will be made using VGen, where these payments are accepted: Paypal, credit cards, Apple pay, Google payREFUNDS
If requested, a 100% refund will be made of the money paid to me before the commission was started. If the sketch phase was reached, a refund can't be made. Please keep this in mind before commissioning me!REVISIONS
There will be 2 revisions free maximum PER item commissioned, plus one revision for each add-on.The revisions CANNOT be transfered between commissions.Any extra revision going on top of the free ones will cost $5 USD each.If I made a mistake or forgot an important detail of the character(s) that was mentioned in the initial messages or showcased in the references I won't charge for the revision or discount it from the free revisions.If the references showcase slightly different details or colors between multiple images and it was not mentioned which image I should use as the main reference, then the revision will be counted as a "used up" revision.DEADLINES + DELIVERY
The general deadline will be 1 to 2 weeks after the order was accepted per general commission (will be talked in private how I break these down, but I don't usually give more than 2 weeks)Complex characters or images might have a longer deadline, but that will be discussed in advance.I will deliver the commissions through VGen. WIPS will be delivered by vgen chats. Please be patient and pay attention to any new message I might send!
If I don't receive an answer in 2 days I might send a DM through any social media connected to VGen just in case.ALLOWED USE OF COMMISSION
My commissions can be used to showcase the character in social medias or websites. You cannot use my artwork to make money out of it without having paid a commercial or streamer fee. If you wish for me to never post your commission online, there's also an "no credit, no show" fee that grants you the right to not credit me, and also I won't post the commission online.Streamer fee is $20 USD to use my art in streams, this applies for any type of showcase of my work on-stream or online or as a stream asset/emote/decoration/pfp/header/etc.Commercial fee is of $100 USD, this covers both streaming and printing/selling my work."No credit, no show" fee is 250%. This grants you a complete annonymous right to the commission, I will not post it anywhere and you don't need to credit me. This also grants you commercial rights to the image.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The design will still be mine and I don't give the rights to claim it as yours UNLESS you pay the "No credit, no show" fee. If you pay the fee feel free to claim the art as 100% yours. I do not care if you edit it, but you can't claim it as yours to use commercialy or non commercialy (You can't make YCHs, make art for others using my art as a base, etc.)Please be aware: This next part is talking about the art in the context of the original image. This is only in the context of editing the images I produce.Personal, Streamer and Commercial permissions all have to give me credits in some way, at least the first time the artwork is showcased. (There's no need to credit me in the same platform more than one time)I don't mind editing my artwork for any personal preference the customer might have, but please don't claim the new image as yours if you haven't paid the "No credit, no show" fee. You can use phrases such as "Art made by Glerf, edited by me/username" instead.The "Commercial" permit grants you rights to edit 100% of the original image.COMMUNICATION
I will use vgen chat as my primary communication method for both protection of me as an artist and you as a customer.RESELLING THE CHARACTER
If the character that I made artwork for will be sold, I grant permission to sum up the price of the commission to the total price of the character if it doesn't clash with any other artist's TOS. Please make the new owner aware of the credits of the images I produced, and deliver to them the original file.
Any fee purchased will be transferred with the artwork.

Designs TOS

GENERAL

This is both for the original image delivered and any future artworks you might get of the design."No credit, no show" fee is 250% of the final price (summing the total price of the comm plus any extra fee). This grants you a complete annonymous right to the design, I will not post it anywhere and you don't need to credit me. This does NOT grant you any type of commercial use of the design.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

For this project I was in charge of all the pixel art design and production (Both artwork and animation) for their videogame "Siempre que lo beso", as well as the animation of the cat protagonist and the aquatic monster antagonist for their videoclip and future appearence in the Movistar Arena during their tour in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
