Artwork TOS

GENERAL
This TOS applies for commissions, by purchasing my artwork you automatically aprove these terms of service.
For any questions you'd have, please contact me directly.PAYMENTS
Payments have to be 100% made before I start the artwork.I accept payment on Ko-Fi, Vgen or Paypal invoice.REFUNDS
I won't do refunds after starting a commission.
If no sketch has been made the commission will be refunded. But if the sketch phase is started no refund will be made.REVISIONS
There will be 2 revisions free maximum PER item commissioned, plus one revision for each add-on.The revisions CANNOT be transfered between commissions. Any extra revision going on top of the free ones will cost $5 USD each.If I made a mistake or forgot an important detail of the character(s) that was mentioned in the initial messages or showcased in the references I won't charge for the revision or discount it from the free revisions.If the references showcase slightly different details or colors between multiple images and it was not mentioned which image I should use as the main reference, then the revision will be counted as a "used up" revision.DEADLINES + DELIVERY
Deadlines are usually between 1 to 2 weeks for my commissions. If the commission will take longer I will let the client know beforehand.I will deliver WIP images and the finished commissions through the official channel for communication we establish.If I don't receive an answer in +2 days I might send a DM through any social media connected just in case.ALLOWED USE OF COMMISSION
My commissions can be used to showcase the character in social medias or websites. There are fees that allow for further use of my art:Streamer fee is to use my art to promote your branding. This is for use in streams (decoration, BRB/Beggining/etc. screens), for descriptions on Twitch (As decor) or promotion on social media or website (Promoting merch, next stream, events, etc.). Use for banners or profile pictures or general posting DO NOT need streamer fee!Commercial fee covers both streaming fee permissions and printing/selling of the commissioned work. This includes digital merch or media where my artwork appears."No credit, no show" fee grants you a complete annonymous right to the commission, I will not post it anywhere and you don't need to credit me. This also comes with commercial and streamer rights.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The artwork will still be mine and I don't give the rights to claim it as yours UNLESS you pay the "No credit, no show" fee.I don't mind editing my artwork for any personal preference the customer might have, but unless you'd paid for a "No credit, no show" fee please don't claim the new image as 100% yours. You can use phrases such as "Art made by Glerf, edited by me/username" instead.No matter if there was a right purchased or not, feel free to edit the image as you please. But please try to save the original file somewhere! As I don't guarantee it'll be saved in my folders forever.COMMUNICATION
I will communicate by the channel used to contact me unless asked otherwise. Only exception will be with +2 days of no contact after a delivery, in which case I will try to contact by social media if available.RESELLING THE CHARACTER
If the character that I made artwork for will be sold, I grant permission to sum up the price of the commission to the total price of the character if it doesn't clash with any other artist's TOS. Please make the new owner aware of the credits of the images I produced, and deliver to them the original file.
Any fee purchased will be transferred with the artwork.
